24th February 2010, Wednesday is one day that will remain etched in the memory of every Indian! The day when the master said "this is dedicated to the people of my country, who have stood by me always". The day when the entire nation bowed down in appreciation of a certain SACHIN RAMESH TENDULKAR...
I am not listing his records.Space wouldn't be enough for that> Besides, he is beyond words!
SACHIN TENDULKAR, the first man on the planet to have made an ODI double century!! Kudos, great master!
His twenty years in International Cricket showed his class but his double hundred showed hos persona, fitness and the hunger for runs!
He must have witnessed generations of cricketers but we witnessed a phenomenon.
Over the years, we have seen him evolve, but his CLASS REMAINS PERMANENT.
He is an epitome of success and brings a smile to a country of a million people where in a remote corner some 25 people must have cramped in a room in a small village to see him bat! He is an icon of exemplary character!
Such joy.. Its been a privilege to have watched his innings, the precision the craft, everything.. There has been nothing now, that Sachin Tendulkar hasn't accomplished but his greed doesn't end! And all of you, he ain't going no where,no respite for the poor chap with the ball in hand- no plans of retiring!
He inspires us in his own unique way. The message is there for you to see.
To succeed you need to know yourself , know what you want. Once you know that, you will be successful.
